Return policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may return thermal mugs and ceramic mugs within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible:
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and with intact packaging (including tags, manuals, and accessories).
- Ceramic mugs and thermal mugs must have no signs of damage, scratches, or wear caused by improper use.
- Customized products (e.g., engraved mugs) are non-returnable unless they have manufacturing defects.
2. Return Process
- Contact our support team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending back any products.
- Package the eligible items securely (preferably using the original packaging to prevent damage during transit).
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outer package and ship the return to our designated address.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer for non-defective products.
- We cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product, defective item, damaged during original shipment). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label upon confirming the issue.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned items (usually within 3-5 business days), we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refund processing may take 7-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please specify your request when applying for the RA number. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Defective Products
If you receive a defective thermal mug or ceramic mug (e.g., cracked ceramic, faulty insulation), contact us immediately with photos of the defect and your order details. We will either offer a full refund, free exchange, or repair service at our discretion.
