1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and with intact packaging (including tags, manuals, and accessories).
• Ceramic mugs and thermal mugs must have no signs of damage, scratches, or wear caused by improper use.
• Customized products (e.g., engraved mugs) are non-returnable unless they have manufacturing defects.

2. Return Process

1. Contact our support team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending back any products.
2. Package the eligible items securely (preferably using the original packaging to prevent damage during transit).
3. Clearly mark the RA number on the outer package and ship the return to our designated address.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer for non-defective products.
• We cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product, defective item, damaged during original shipment). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label upon confirming the issue.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

• Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned items (usually within 3-5 business days), we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refund processing may take 7-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please specify your request when applying for the RA number. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
